I'm a technical CSR for the Periop P&L at GE Healthcare. I have a wonderful wife and four terrific kids. I have a part time job as an usher for the Milwaukee Brewers during the baseball season. Gardening is a passion. And I love to write. Plays, essays, short stories, business topics, and childrens stories. The working title to my Knol is "Technical Customer Service in a High Volume P&L Setting."

    My family and I just spent this week watching NBC's Clash of the Choirs. We loved the singing. But our favorite moment was Nick Lachey's choir doing "The Flight of the Bumble Bee." Amazing! Have a great holiday.
