Greetings to you, Inder. I took a look at the comments in the global warming discussion. I disagree with some things that were said there (not by you). I am a Christian, and I believe that the Creator has given people the responsibility of taking care of his creation. That is, why would God want us to destroy our planet, and ourselves? We should respect nature and living things, if not because we need them to survive (life is interdependent and humans are part of the natural world) then because they were created by the Divine. Not all Christians think alike, just as people of faith in all religions have differences among themselves. Yes there is a movement among the elite to grab as much power as they can in the US. Currently, that trend is led by those connected to the oil industry and the war industry, not by environmentalists.

I know.. It's like the earth is falling apart, and no one cares.. Heck, no one even knows!! Well I am a biology student, so I read about so much stuff everyday..It changes your outlook on life and everything around.. what going on is really sad and am gonna try to do everything in my capacity to hold it back...
