sinus infections & sinus irrigation to cleanse.
There are several ways to clean your sinus's What ever method you are most comfortable with and works for you is best.
1. Netti Pot - use as instructed in directions. You can use your own favorite salt. You don't have to buy their special salts for this or any method. Non Iodized & Sea Salt with Distilled water are my favorites.
2. Cup & teaspoon- simple no cost way. Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup. I prefer distilled water it seems to work easier. Any water must be clean and heat slightly ( I nuke it for 12 seconds). Stir well then over a sink sniff it sort of fast to try to aerosolize it into one nostril at a time 2 teapsoons each nostril then put your head back and move from side to side a little just to try to wash it around the sinus cavity. Blow your nose to remove water, dirt and muck that comes out. Repeat this 3 times or until you have cleared and cleaned sinus well. If you have too tight or clogged sinus take a Pseudoephedrine * 1 hour before so that your sinus cavity will relax and open up for you to clean it. If the water runs down your throat just spit it out. Don't worry if you swallow some, its just salt water at the same amount your body naturally is so it won't hurt you.

Things to pay attention to:
Too much salt or undissolved salt will dry sinus, so be careful to balance salt with water and mix well.
Temperature should be slightly warmer or same as body temperature as cold or hot could hurt.
Your sense of smell will increase as you clean out the sinus.
Don't bother with the bottles of nose spray in drug stores they are worthless for real cleansing. They are only good for moistening dry sinus not cleansing.
Wash sinus daily if needed. I do it every day especially after being around dust dirt or smoke to clean out.
Sinus Rinse Bottle This is a good tool to cleanse sinus's but you need to rinse it everytime before use or it smells of plastic. You don't need to use their expensive salt solution either, your favorite salt works fine. 1/2 teaspoon to cup of body temp distilled water or up to 1 teaspoon to cup to kill sinus infections starting or at onset of cold.
*assuming your medical care provider approves of this or similar. (its over the counter but this covers my liability)

Is an artist's "vision" primarily a product of experience or imagination? I don't want to pursue the simple answer that it's both. Is it primarily one or the other, of if it's just plain old both, how do they interact to create an imaginary world?
Is it true that some people have more artistic vision than others, or is this kind of seeing equally available to all?
