You are skinny or maybe you have to much weight ? Than here's some simple basics. I have seen many people for example who have weight problems and want to lose that fat fast using diet pills. It doesn't help. There is no magic supplements who will remove your fat without working out. If you think you can lose fat by sitting on the couch and watch tv, you wrong. Or if you are too lazy to do workout you can have surgery which will remove your fat(if you will
survive surgery). After couple months you will have it back if you won't do workout. So to remove fat all you need is some time and patience. Eat four or five times per day.
Eat small portions but many times. Doing so your body won't gather any fat. When you are not eating at all(maybe two times per day portions) your body thinks he won't get any proper nutrition for five or more hours, so he will keep it in the reserve. Do cardio every day in the morning. It's better to do cardio at six in the morning. I'm not saying don't use any fat burners, use low effect diet pills instead strong. Major thing for you is to make diet plan. Google for diet blanks, edit that blank as best for you. Don't use other person diet plan because it won't remove fat. Every man is different so every person eat different. In conclusion have working diet plan and do exercises. Later you definitely remove fat.
Now for person who are to skinny. So you need to eat a lot and many times. six. How many calories you need it depends on your age and weight. You can find it in the internet and find some calories calculators. 70% is diet. The most important thing is to make diet plan(look in the internet). To gain muscle mass eat many times per day but good food, not some macdonalds fast food. Don't afraid to gain fat. From this you grow muscles. Your task is to gain calories(fat) and make from it to muscles. Also you can use some helpers like supplements like Protein, Amino acids, Creatine, Glutamine and Vitamins. Don't think you will gain mass muscle mass very fast. In one month you can get maximum approximately 750g muscle mass. But only professional bodybuilders with good diet can make any results. You approximately will gain about 200g muscle mass in one month. If you gain three kg mass per month that means 2.5 kg is fat. About workout programs. Search internet, there is plenty of training for beginners. I suggest split. Because you work one muscle part per week, which is good for gaining mass, instead training full body programs which are good for strength. There is no magic training programs or pills which will make you big and strong in one night. It's only hard work and discipline. Don't forget train, eat, rest and you will get mass.
