One of the richest men in the world is teaching a very simple concept:
What the rich people do on Payday. They acquire assets.
Why do you run a business?
If your business is a liability, you have fallen prey to the concept
that you have to work your butt off just to survive.
Of course you need to put time and effort into your company
but the moment the work you put in, outweighs the result you get
the business is not working.
With blind faith and free will as tools, along with your business sk…

Lately I have been volunteering at the botanical gardens with the native plants. There are certain plants that we want to keep and grow and other very common plants that are considered weeds. My work has included pruning shrubs to encourage fuller growth, weeding and watering. Also, I have made a list of plant names to put on a table of information. I have plans to research each plant and find out information, such as toxicity, medicinal uses, and what types of wildlife, such as birds, butterfli…

Hyangiram (cultural asset source no. 40) is one of four Buddhist hermitages in Korea where the faithful come to pray.
It was originally named Weontongam, established by monk Weonhyo during the fourth year of Baeje King Uija’s reign (644).
Monk Yunpil later renamed Weontongam as Geumoham in the 9th year of Goryeo King Gwangjong’s reign (958) and then Hyangilam named by monk Inmuk during the 41st year of Joseon King Sukjong’s reign (1715).

The most important reason for having dog toys is to keep the dog entertained while you are a way at work or even during home time. They need something to keep their active minds from finding trouble. You may see friends or family with dogs that come home to chewed shoes, table cloths pulled to the floor, and other destruction that the dog looks on as just playing with toys. The number of crew members on a ship varies and depends on the type of the ship, the size and depends on how frequent it calls ports. All ships should have a minimum number of crew which is stated in the “Minimum manning certificate” for that particular ship. This doesn’t mean that a ship should have only minimum men. Most ship’s have more crew than the certificate. On ships I’ve sailed had 20-24 crew members. They were 1700TEU container ships and Panamax bulk carriers.
