Moving jaw is the main working part of compound pendulum jaw crusher, its reasonability of structural design has a great influence on the production capacity of the crushing machine; the structure determines the motion state of movable jaw plate, so as to impact on machine processing capacity and wear degree of the jaw plate. Therefore, take reasonable improvement design for moving jaw is necessary.
The aims to taking improvement design for mobile jaw of compound pendulum jaw crusher is equipping with two jaw plates on both moving jaws to make them run in an ideal trajectory, so that the output characteristic of the moving jaw is better than that of ordinary jaw crusher machine. In order to achieve the above aim, we can take the following methods:
(1)Optimize structure and improve the performance so that the whole moving jaw has the best characteristics of output.
(2) Set rocker upper. Change the roller pendulum support of ordinary jaw crusher with hinge support; make the support point from a scope to an accurate point so that the crusher can be a standard four institutions with fixed length, which can provide more realistic theoretical models for the accurate calculation of jaw crusher parameters. This approach allows dynamic jaw structure being simple and compact, and can assemble two movable jaw plates on moving jaw at the same time.
(3) Set the eccentric shaft lower, so that the movable jaw plate has a more desirable distribution of characteristic values in each point along the height direction. Speed of jaw plate wear depends on the size of vertical isplacement of the movable jaw plate; if vertical displacement is too large, the grinding effect between materials and jaw is strengthened, so that the jaw plate wear increases and the over-crushing phenomenon becomes serious, increasing energy consumption. Set eccentric shaft lower can improve the deficiencies, reduce the vertical displacement of the movable jaw plate and increase the horizontal displacement so that characteristic values significantly drop to 0.8 and below.
