Interactive learning describes a method of acquiring information through hands on, interactive means. The complete opposite of interactive learning is passive learning, which is only observing a learning process or just listening to info. Interactive learning is a common technique employed in schools today and often involves the employment of PCs and other discernible equipment.
From terribly early on, kids begin learning both interactively and passively. They acquire much of their language through passive learning, while much of their physical development is a consequence of interactive learning. As kids grow, they continue learning both passively and interactively and to retort differently to each system.
