Is the travel industry going to the quality or the quantity?

During the past ten years the majority of Tour Operators, hotels, airplane companies concentrated on the volume instead of the quality. Huge international companies adverstised during years saying that they took care to offer a personnalised service and unique experience to guests. Marriott for the hotel field built hotels of hundreds rooms, EADS designed the biggest plane ever with the Airbus A380. I wonder how they could respect their advertising statements and offer a personnalised service welcoming such a volume? But things are changing Nowadays, Marriott starts building small hotels of 50 rooms and EADS which forecasted to welcome about 1,000 passengers on board in its A380 has seen its major clients decreasing the number of seats to increase the space par passenger. The 21th century is it the one of quality or the one of quantity? Obviously I have my idea which I hope will be correct which would permit the success of the company I am working for Please I am really interested by your opinion.

Basic is money, money and more money. In ASIA- this starts from NEPAL as being a trekking and climbing nation, millions of people are landing there with rucksacks and equipment. This leads to chaos which came in disguise for villagers. They created new industry of cottage-trekking. Now- you have to depend on weather and tents in limited way and you can have lodge ready for you after end of your trail. But this is not so in Indian himalayas as Indian himalayas have differenttopography and reaching to a village itself is a good length of travel.

important factor in India is less volume going in for mountains. But if we come to general tourism, this is again marred by chartered flights from IZRAEL which slowly slowly has developed in a bad name...first in KULLU VALLEY and then in GOA.

Most crimes and accidents reported are from IZRAEL due to heavy use of DRUGS and BENT FOR OPEN SEX. Now- indian govt.can not do much as this effects their much wanted relationship with IZRAEL.

But, quantity is what most operators like and preffer rather than quality because hardly anyone says NO to incoming flow of USD /GBP or EURO.

Adderall For ADHD

Currently, 4.4% of the adult population has ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). This disorder is present from childhood, but many times it is not diagnosed until the person reaches adulthood and takes on more responsibility such as what is required when managing finances and jobs, and when interacting with spouses or significant others or their children. Under these additional demands, the attributes of ADHD (inattention, distractibility, and impulsivity) may become more prevalent.… Continue

Impact of Social Media on SEO

Mike Seidle from Pro Blog Service wrote..."Most of our clients at Professional Blog Service come in thinking SEO. Somewhere they hear that blogging works for getting better ranks on Google. Then a funny thing happens: After about one-three weeks the light goes on and they realize that social media can be much bigger than SEO for their business. After that the game changes to a full on social media blitz - and the SEO benefits - they don’t… Continue

8 Ways Employers Bend The Florida Overtime Wage Laws

The Fair Labor and Standards Act (FLSA) requires employees who work overtime to be paid for the additional work they have done beyond the standard 40 hour work week. Even though this law is supposed to make things standard across the country so all employees are treated fairly, some employers routinely "cheat" their employees out of overtime pay, even if they do it unintentionally. Because the law is confusing and complex, it is easy for employers to either misinterpret the FSLA or to "bend" the… Continue

Engraved Name Tags

Name tags are worn by employees for many reasons: to let a customer know that the person they are talking to is a representative of the company; to help employees feel that they are a part of a team; and to help "brand" the company logo to the client. Name tags come in all shapes and sizes and in all colors and styles, but one of the most durable and professional name badges you can get are engraved name tags.

We've all seen someone wearing them - we've pr…

Time To Go Mobile

Well, it's time to convert your website into a mobile version.

Why?

iphone is now selling re-furbished iphones for $99.00 (so practically anyone can afford an iphone) - AND Walmart is now selling iphones. That means that this product will now be more in the mainstream than ever. The number of mobile phone users continues to grow, despite the global recession. And what is the mantra for Internet marketing?

GO WHERE YOUR AUDIENCE IS

Yes, the "build it… Continue

Quanti blog-post

Continue

How To Prevent Drowning In Florida Boating Accidents

It's a typically beautiful Saturday in South Florida and you and your family are taking advantage of the sunshine by basking on your boat. The cooler is filled with refreshing drinks and tempting snacks, everyone has been lathered with sunscreen, and you're heading out on the water, well-prepared for a day of fun. But, are you truly prepared? Is everyone aboard wearing a life jacket or are you afraid wearing one will give you those funny-looking tan lines? Well, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Com… Continue

2009 Will Be All About Diversifying

Well, I've read and watched several reports this weekend about 2009. And uh, none are promising. I'm paraphrasing here but reading in the newspaper, online and watching CNN, MSNBC and Fox (I guess I am a news hound!) - it seems that we're all in for a very rough ride in 2009.

President Elect Obama said last week, "...it's going to get worse before it gets better..."
