Renkli Patates Topları

Bayılırım patates püresine ama hep aynı düz sunumlardan bıktım. Bu tarifinde özü patates püresine dayanıyor ama bakınca insanı keyiflendiriyor. Haftasonu misafirlerim vardı, onlar için yaptım bu rengarenk patates toplarını inanın sofrada göz dolduruyor ve çok lezizler

Malzemeler:

4 adet haşlamalık patates
2 adet havuç
yarım demet maydonoz
yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı
yarım limon
tuz

Yapılışı:

Patatesler yıkanır ve bol suda iyice yumuşayana kadar haşlanır. Soğuk suda bekletilir ve soyulur. Geniş bir kap içine rendenin iri tarafı ile rendelenir. İçine limon suyu, zeytinyağı ve tuz eklenerek yoğurulur.
Pateteslerin hafif cıvık bir kıvamı olacak ama endişelenmeyin. Havuçlar yıkanır ve kabukları soyularak rendelenir, maydonozlar ince ince kıyılır ve ayrı kaplara alınır.
Patetesten cevizden biraz daha büyük parçalar kopartılır ve elle şekil verilerek havuç ve maydonoza bulanır. Buzdolabında yarım saat dinlendirilerek servis yapılır.
