Eating smaller meals, more often through out the day instead of 2-3 big meals a day will keep you from having that bloated look and feeling. Eating more meals actually kicks up your metabolism. Remember to drink lots of water too. Water not only helps with digestion, but it also makes you feel full so you eat less.
Changing your diet is just the half of it. None if this is going to work or matter if you don’t start some sort of exercise program. It doesn’t have to be much, but something like jogging or even walking if you are unable to run for at least 30 minutes a day three times a week will help boost your metabolism which will help begin to burn fat and flatten your stomach.
Pilates 3 or 4 times a week is also a very good way to flatten your stomach and also improve your flexibility. Pilates will strengthen your core, and build the muscles in your stomach area. Then there are good old fashion crunches 3 or 4 times a week, start slow and safe then work your way up.
Now one of the most important things you must do, and this is a must, Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference. Lots of natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables instead of refined sugars will help to flatten your stomach.
