Knol Stuff

I came looking for people who love to give either their opinions, knowledge, or rants and raves about anything and everything, and get paid doing it. I am trying to learn how to develop a business where I can translate my interests and skills into making a side income that I can eventually turn into a full time writing business.

I do a bit of this sort of thing to earn some extra cash!

My gadgets blog (needs some work doing on) has brought in some nice money just reviewing stuff.

I also have done a little paid blogging and this has earned me some extra cash, though it's a while since I had time to!

My biggie though is using Squidoo to write content about any subject I like! Not only do you get to share the adsense revenue, you can use it to promote products and earn commission! I use some that squidoo provide, but I also promote a lot of non-squidoo affiliates which is quite profitable. You can check my squidoo pages here!

Good Luck!

I work from home in Sydney Australia where I maintain my website which I built using Site Build It. Their teaching has enabled me to get my site into the top 1% of all websites on the web and I enjoy a very healthy, very passive income from it.

See the DEMO and try for yourself http://demo.sitesell.com/wotsnext.html

SiteSell’s blog is the place to get all the updates on SBI. This is the public voice of SiteSell.com http://www.sbiblog.simplyseen.com

UriKa what is your site? I use I guess a competitor of the builder you use. I use Stores Online. I'm always intrested how to take my own sites and improve them or see what other people are doing to make money. I run about 5-6 now but my primary sites are: Frameology Picture Frames and Precision Scopes

Hi, I dont think you can call Stores Online a competitor to SBI. Site Build It puts together a step-by-step 10 day plan to create your own site, teaching you the process of CTPM which is quite different to putting up a store online and trying to sell something upfront.

C represents Content (we learn how to create a website with content that is in demand).

T represents Traffic (we learn how to attract targeted traffic to our site)

P represents PRE-sell (we learn how to PRE-sell the visitors to our site)

M represents monetize (make money) which is to monetize pre-sold traffic

The first site I built is Psychic-Junkie.com

I don't see the difference but whatever. I don't really care. I like to see what other people are up to. Looks good. I sort of follow a CTPM as well. Getting the right people to my site at the right time and have the right price for my products.

C representing content. (I picked a product line that is in demand that I want to sell)
T represents Traffic (aka...marketing. Getting visitors)
P represents....(Getting qualified buyers to my site. or maintaining a healthy conversion rate of visitors to buyers)
M represents money. (Selling them my product so I can have a 4 hour work week)

Oh no, you are missing the point (and the traffic! ). Just go to SBI and take the time to read about the CTPM process. Trust me you will never look back, you will be too busy making money. :-)

Adderall For ADHD

Currently, 4.4% of the adult population has ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). This disorder is present from childhood, but many times it is not diagnosed until the person reaches adulthood and takes on more responsibility such as what is required when managing finances and jobs, and when interacting with spouses or significant others or their children. Under these additional demands, the attributes of ADHD (inattention, distractibility, and impulsivity) may become more prevalent.… Continue

Impact of Social Media on SEO

Mike Seidle from Pro Blog Service wrote..."Most of our clients at Professional Blog Service come in thinking SEO. Somewhere they hear that blogging works for getting better ranks on Google. Then a funny thing happens: After about one-three weeks the light goes on and they realize that social media can be much bigger than SEO for their business. After that the game changes to a full on social media blitz - and the SEO benefits - they don’t… Continue

8 Ways Employers Bend The Florida Overtime Wage Laws

The Fair Labor and Standards Act (FLSA) requires employees who work overtime to be paid for the additional work they have done beyond the standard 40 hour work week. Even though this law is supposed to make things standard across the country so all employees are treated fairly, some employers routinely "cheat" their employees out of overtime pay, even if they do it unintentionally. Because the law is confusing and complex, it is easy for employers to either misinterpret the FSLA or to "bend" the… Continue

Engraved Name Tags

Name tags are worn by employees for many reasons: to let a customer know that the person they are talking to is a representative of the company; to help employees feel that they are a part of a team; and to help "brand" the company logo to the client. Name tags come in all shapes and sizes and in all colors and styles, but one of the most durable and professional name badges you can get are engraved name tags.

We've all seen someone wearing them - we've pr…

Time To Go Mobile

Well, it's time to convert your website into a mobile version.

Why?

iphone is now selling re-furbished iphones for $99.00 (so practically anyone can afford an iphone) - AND Walmart is now selling iphones. That means that this product will now be more in the mainstream than ever. The number of mobile phone users continues to grow, despite the global recession. And what is the mantra for Internet marketing?

GO WHERE YOUR AUDIENCE IS

Yes, the "build it… Continue

Quanti blog-post

Continue

How To Prevent Drowning In Florida Boating Accidents

It's a typically beautiful Saturday in South Florida and you and your family are taking advantage of the sunshine by basking on your boat. The cooler is filled with refreshing drinks and tempting snacks, everyone has been lathered with sunscreen, and you're heading out on the water, well-prepared for a day of fun. But, are you truly prepared? Is everyone aboard wearing a life jacket or are you afraid wearing one will give you those funny-looking tan lines? Well, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Com… Continue

2009 Will Be All About Diversifying

Well, I've read and watched several reports this weekend about 2009. And uh, none are promising. I'm paraphrasing here but reading in the newspaper, online and watching CNN, MSNBC and Fox (I guess I am a news hound!) - it seems that we're all in for a very rough ride in 2009.

President Elect Obama said last week, "...it's going to get worse before it gets better..."
